Highway social cafe is located on highway which is open for morning 7 to night 11 we serve tea coffee and snacks.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Snack Bar Cook at Highway Social Cafe located in Valsad. The Snack Bar Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items, ensuring compliance with food handling and sanitation procedures, managing inventory and supplies, and collaborating effectively with the restaurant team to exceed customer expectations and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Cook or Chef, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Ability to read and follow recipes, and prepare food items to order
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations, and ability to ensure compliance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the restaurant team, communicate effectively, and handle pressure and high volume
  • High School diploma or equivalent, and willingness to learn and grow in the role

Note: Relevant education and training (e.g culinary degree, food handler certification) is a plus but not required.
