Job Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to onboard new clients and enhance engagement with existing ones by delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions tailored to their risk tolerance and financial objectives, while also attaining revenue targets set for the branch.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Engagement:

- Initiate daily sales outreach to potential clients to assess their financial needs.

- Propose customized solutions and recommend suitable investment schemes based on client requirements and objectives.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, engaging them through broadcasts and relevant articles.

- Expand the client base through networking and referrals, thereby bolstering Assets under Management (AUM) and Assets under Advisory (AUA).

- Regularly review and diversify client portfolios, providing strategic guidance to align investments with financial goals across various product offerings.

- Keep existing clients informed about market trends and cross-sell additional products to enhance their portfolio.

- Attend periodic training sessions to stay abreast of new schemes, products, and financial solutions.

- Share pertinent organizational updates, research findings, and educational materials with clients.

2. Marketing Initiatives:

- Collaborate with regional marketing and product teams to effectively promote products and features, driving lead generation.

Achieving Revenue Targets:

- Ensure achievement of revenue targets within specified periods, adhering to Bajaj Capital’s standards and compliance guidelines.

- Provide daily business data related to clients to the branch client service officer.

- Promote the use of digital platforms while upholding ethical standards.

Knowledge:

Product Knowledge:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of various financial products including Life Insurance, General Insurance, Fixed Income, and Mutual Funds.

Wealth/Portfolio Management:

- Analyze client portfolios to understand their risk appetite and investment objectives, assisting them in attaining their financial aspirations.
