We are looking for individuals passionate about building a new product, working with a group of extremely smart and talented team members, and growing with the company to take up leadership roles. Innovative nature and proactive involvement in the product is taken very seriously at Convegenius, therefore, a major part of your role would involve thinking about new features and new ways to deliver quality learning experience to our learners.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create insightful and interactive reports.
  • Engage in web development activities to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct data analysis and present findings to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives.
  • Work with databases to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data models to support business reporting needs.

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech or MCA/MSc in IT/CS (Master’s is a plus)
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI and Tableau.
  • Basic understanding of web development practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with databases and ETL processes.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
