What will you do?

• Leading team of Collection executives
• Achieving the Collection Target monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
• Strong AR follow up for the Division
• Responsible for maintaining DSO as per company policy
• Identify causes for nonpayment and communicate problems for corrective action to be taken
• Accounts Ledger Scrutiny & Customer Reconciliations
• Responsible for weekly review of Account to reduce unapplied cash & Advances
• Continuously work to improve A/R processes through technology or quality improvements
• Be involved with or lead special projects as time or capabilities allow
• Added advantage of experience and knowledge of working on AR collections software tools

Who we are looking for: experience, skills & abilities

• Accounts receivable experience of 10 to 12 years
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management roles
• Knowledge of chairing meetings with team and other departments
• Strong attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Good level of Excel
• Knowledge of SAP preferable but not mandatory
