**Role: Full Stack Web Developer**

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Frontend Development:**

- Develop user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Implement responsive designs to ensure seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into interactive elements.

- Optimize frontend performance to enhance speed and responsiveness.

2. **Backend Development:**

- Design and develop server-side logic using PHP and relevant frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).

- Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend interfaces.

- Implement database schemas and queries to efficiently store and retrieve data (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).

- Ensure robust authentication and authorization mechanisms to safeguard sensitive data.

3. **App Development:**

- Develop native or cross-platform mobile applications using frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Ionic.

- Collaborate with mobile app developers to integrate backend APIs and ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.

- Implement features such as push notifications, offline functionality, and in-app purchases as per project requirements.

4. **Full Stack Development:**

- Independently integrate frontend, backend, and mobile components to create cohesive web and mobile applications.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack to ensure smooth functionality.

- Implement caching mechanisms and other optimization techniques to enhance overall performance.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development.

5. **Version Control and Deployment:**

- Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) effectively to manage codebase and collaborate with team members.

- Independently deploy applications to production environments using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or self-hosted servers.

- Configure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.

6. **Collaboration and Communication:**

- Work independently and efficiently, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.

7. **Problem Solving and Innovation:**

- Independently analyze requirements and propose innovative solutions to address complex technical challenges.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the development workflow.

- Handle unexpected issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruption to project timelines.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in PHP development and app development.

- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Strong understanding of backend technologies including PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and RESTful API development.

- Experience with mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Ionic).

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development best practices.
