Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to transform concepts into compelling visual designs. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to produce high-quality graphics for a range of projects across digital and print mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visually stunning graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to: social media assets, website graphics, promotional materials, advertisements, and branding collateral.
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
• Create original artwork, illustrations, and icons to enhance visual storytelling and brand identity.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, continuously seeking to enhance skills and techniques.
• Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate production and timely delivery of materials.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and at least 4+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is desirable but not required.
