Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as an Insurance Consultant located in Bokaro, with some remote work flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients on insurance products, providing financial advice and assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Insurance and Finance skills
  • Consulting and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi
  • An ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Industry experience and certification is a plus
