>> THE INDIVIDUAL

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS –

· Work experience in Learning Management System is mandatory

Should have hands-on experience inconfiguration, customization & deployment of a Learning Platform

>> Technical Capabilities

Collaborate with stakeholders (internal / external) to define e-learning objectives and outcomes
Analyze business processes, and user requirements to establish learning platform
Provide training and support to LMS users, including faculty, students, and administrators
Act as a SME for LMS platform with an ability to investigate, evaluate and implement appropriate new functions
Collaborate with content owners to identify the best practices in the design of courses and assessments
To ensure all stakeholders have access to the LMS and understand the features available for their profile
Reviewing the end product with respect to user experience, user interface, navigation, and functionality
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in order to ensure that the quality is met as per the internal standards and client expectations
Take part in the testing of new features to the LMS Platforms and share results and suggestions.
Collaborate with managers and leads to improve the processes
Respond to ad hoc data requests
Leads the effective implementation and ongoing maintenance of the LMS
Designs and implements performance measurement system to track data and drive improvement
Analyzes data, tracks training completion, and measures performance; recommends solutions to meet organizational and program objectives

>> Qualification

Bachelor’s/Post Graduate degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience in LMS with a minimum of 4+ years in Administration and Configuration
Familiarity with e-learning standards
Efficient communication skills
Excellent written language and documentation skills
