To better serve rural communities, LIC has also opened 992 satellite offices in rural areas. LIC offers more than 40 different plans that cater to different segments of society such as basic insurance, term assurance, pension, capital market linked, and health plans.

Role Description
We are looking for experienced life insurance advisors to join our team in Rewa. This is a part-time, hybrid role where you will be based in Rewa but will have the flexibility to work from home. As an LIC insurance advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and helping them choose insurance plans that fit their needs. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and meeting sales quotas.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a life insurance advisor or sales representative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong sales skills and ability to meet sales quotas
  • Understanding of life insurance products and related financial services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to continuously learn and update knowledge of policies and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or degrees a plus
