Job Description for Manual Testing
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Candidate must have Capital Market Domain/ Trading domain knowledge
  • Get involved in requirement analysis.
  • Good Understanding of Product Architecture and Database Design
  • Good hands-on experience in SQL and MySQL
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC and STLC
  • Develop thorough understanding and knowledge on Trading Domain and train the junior team
members.
  • Training and Mentoring the junior team members
  • Prepare Test Plan & schedule and resource allocation as per the priorities.
  • Log the Defects/Issues in the bug tracking tool with detailed scenario and issue classification
like priority/severity/category etc.
  • Maintain proper documentation of testing process, Bug analysis and test plans.
  • Compilation of Bug Report to be send to higher management
  • Provide suggestions/improvements to development team/management on product
improvements like new features/User Friendliness etc.

Following are the KSA
  • White box testing, black box testing, regression Testing, smoke testing, and usability testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software Testing lifecycle.
  • Manual Testing.
