Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Plastic Moulding and Stamping

Overview: As a Maintenance Manager specializing in Plastic Molding and Stamping processes, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment used in plastic molding and stamping production lines. Your role involves overseeing the maintenance team, implementing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance:
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of plastic molding and stamping machinery, including injection molding machines, presses, molds, and associated equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential equipment issues before they escalate.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs:
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to minimize production disruptions.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors and operators to address any issues affecting production output or quality.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment upgrades.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the plastic molding and stamping operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, with specific expertise in plastic molding and stamping processes.
  • Strong technical knowledge of plastic molding and stamping equipment, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
