Role:

We are excited to be adding a Product Marketing Specialist to our dynamic marketing team!

In this position, you will be developing an App Product Marketing strategy for all our gaming apps.

Your objective will be to develop game specific marketing and advertising plans in tandem with the games User Acquisition strategies. The plans must take into consideration in-game events and live real-world events to improve the game retention metrics and increase the game SOV (Share of Voice) in the online & offline channels.

JetSynthesys gaming creates games for all digital platforms, including mobile phones, smartphones and tablets (including Apple iOS and Android devices). Our game titles include Sachin Saga Cricket Champions (Sachin Tendulkar’s Official game), WWE Racing Showdown (A brand new vehicular combat game with WWE Superstars), Super Ludo, and many more exciting ones in the pipeline.

Responsibilities include.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s existing and upcoming products to work out effective messaging and marketing strategy.
  • Develop in depth knowledge about products and features and create a marketing strategy for each market
  • Collaborate with the Channel managers, Procurement team and Management team to develop strategies to create new customer base and improve the reach with existing customers
  • Develop metrics to measure the result of the marketing strategy, marketing objectives & measures results of marketing programs.
  • Develop strong benefits-focused messaging with customer insights in partnership with product managers to successfully communicate value proposition to all customers and prospect segments.
  • Define and execute marketing strategies & launch plans with revenue & market share responsibility.
  • Develop Influencer Marketing plans with collaborations from Influencers across different platforms of YouTube, Instagram, Bloggers, etc.
  • He/she will be responsible for the 360 degrees growth of the brand, i.e. growth in brand reach, brand awareness, revenue & brand recall for all games.
  • Must be capable to conduct competitor analysis and market research- both primary and secondary.
  • Carefully design trade schemes, special offers, special sale events (primarily online) to ensure revenue growth of all games.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience of 3-4 years as Product Marketing. Experience in gaming or entertainment apps would be preferred.
  • Must have showcased successful results in the revenue-growth and brand recall of the brand in his/her past assignments.
  • Passionate about brand building, management by objective, taking the product up the ladder to become a successful brand.
  • Experience in new product launches will be preferred.
  • Experience in forging new collaborations & partnerships with good negotiation skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the emerging trends in digital and offline marketing.
  • Good hold on the English language - both written and oral.
  • Good creative skills- both at the copywriting level and design conceptualizing.
  • Result-oriented individual with a positive & problem-solving attitude.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
