  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that the project meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other relevant records.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between different stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Keep all parties informed of project progress and any changes.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are followed throughout the project to maintain a safe work environment.
