Job Description

Relationship Manager - Bancassurance
  • To generate leads and use enablers for lead generation.
  • To meet 3 new customers everyday
  • To provide sales and services and up-selling product with existing customers
  • To ensure branch staff activation for every quarter
  • To train and skill partner for selling and pitching our product
  • To ensure 100% of branches with minimum 2 to 3 sp license holders and support them with the same to drive the business target achievements.
Requirements
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
  • 1-2 years experience in relevant sales(Banca preferrable)
  • Age 25 - 35 years
  • Min of 2yrs Sales Exp in financial institution, preferably partnership channels
  • Two wheeler must
  • Good Communication in English
  • Job stability of min.2 years is must
Benefits

Salary: 2LPA - 3LPA (CTC)

Career path: From RM there are 5 levels, there is fast-track and as well as regular track of 6 months Goal-sheet at every for the promotion to move on to the BM role
