  • Arrangement and schedule for F2F interview
  • Cordination with interviewer and candidate
  • Recruitment analysis and record keeping
Communication To share the information’s with employees 1. Mail communication with employees for new joining organization announcement
  • Department’s presentation for communication meeting like MCM Review
  • Plant news letter and presentation for other HR initiatives 4. Organizing Induction and Orientation program for new join with analysis report
Employee involvement To encourage the employees’ participation in Kaizen & Suggestion Scheme and other employee engagement activities
  • % of employees involvement in Kaizen & Suggestion Scheme
  • Department wise analysis report to monitor the participation of employees
  • Total number of Kaizens & suggestions implemented
  • Monthly presentation for final result and award announcement
  • Implementation and Strengthening of new initiatives for employees involvement
Talent Management Taking care all the formalities and follow up for all talent management activities initiated by HR 1. Skip level plan Vs actual status
  • Talent Management MIS record updation and presentation for TEI review 3. To cordinate with H.O. for different talent management initiatives
  • Presentation of staff feed back meet MOM and actionplan of the observation raised
Documentation To maintain documents of employees feedback meet and other records related to employees motivation & Welfare 1. Numbers of meetings plan Vs Actual and to maintain of their MOM
