- Department’s presentation for communication meeting like MCM Review
- Plant news letter and presentation for other HR initiatives 4. Organizing Induction and Orientation program for new join with analysis report
- % of employees involvement in Kaizen & Suggestion Scheme
- Department wise analysis report to monitor the participation of employees
- Total number of Kaizens & suggestions implemented
- Monthly presentation for final result and award announcement
- Implementation and Strengthening of new initiatives for employees involvement
- Talent Management MIS record updation and presentation for TEI review 3. To cordinate with H.O. for different talent management initiatives
- Presentation of staff feed back meet MOM and actionplan of the observation raised
- Documentation related to Talent Management
- Employee Engagement Activities Plan vs Actual
- Good Knowledge of MS Office 3. Good Interpersonal behaviour and team work Qualification MBA in HR (Full Time)
