WalkMe Developer

Task and Responsibilities

Interface with the Healthineers Education Service team to understand the workflows of the business applications and the existing training content.
Design WalkMe-based training content for all the workflows in the business processes. Ensure this training content design incorporates user experience best practices and guides the user step-by-step through the application in a logical and engaging manner. Ensure the design provides for multi-lingual localization.
Implement the training content using WalkMe and appropriate technologies such as HTML5 and Cascading Style Sheets.
Test the training content thoroughly before releasing to production deployment.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Education: University degree in arts / science

Experience: 3+ years’ experience in developing content for learning and development, preferably using WalkMe or any other comparable tool

WalkMe Builder certification will be an added advantage
Proficient with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and JQUERY
Experienced in user experience design
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Independent worker but also a team player
A natural excitement and ability to learn technologies and explain technical issues to a variety of audiences, including enterprise architects, developers and management

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Experience developing WalkMe content for Oracle Sales Cloud and / or Workday
Implementation or professional services experience with SaaS solutions such as Workday, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, MS Dynamics
