  • Analysis of RM/PM/IP/FG/stability/hold time study samples & other analysis related in Quality control dept.
  • Calibration of Instruments.
  • To prepare and maintain the working & Reference standards &its documentation.
  • Analysis & reporting of process validation samples, customer complaint, vendor samples and investigation samples.
  • Imparting the Internal training activities for Quality control personals.
  • Preparation of Standard operating procedure, Specification, Standard testing procedure and protocol.
  • Execution and Monitoring the Good laboratory practices within the department
  • Execution and Monitoring of AMC and calibration activity for all Instruments In-house and External.
  • To ensure data integrity.
  • Preparation and Maintenance of Calibration schedule, Training Schedule.
  • Management of all standards, chemicals, reagents, HPLC columns etc with necessary documents.
  • Reporting of OOC OOS, OOT, deviations, change control Laboratory Incidence during analysis activity.
  • Preparation and maintenance of Analytical data sheets and Excel spread sheets.
  • Maintain all Pharmacloud activity.
  • Timely completion of the work as suggested by Manager/Designee.
  • Destruction of leftover samples for raw material, Bulk, In-Process, Finish and Stability samples after testing is completed.
  • Prepare and review all documents related to Quality Control activities.
  • To carry out Analytical Method Validation if necessary.
  • To develop analytical methods for in-house raw materials and finished products.
  • To ensure safety of personnel working in Quality Control Department.

To obey and perform all activities day to day as suggested by department Head,
