Challenges :
  • Monitors:
  • The traceability of ordered equipment
  • The material status needed for material configuration tests and validation
  • The validation of the material configuration sent for quality approval
  • Ensures support:
  • For the Production Process Owner (PPO) in main tasks and activities
  • For the pre-release, first and technical release driven by PPE Central Function
  • For the implementation of standard working place
  • For the determination of short term solutions as alternatives for movement of processes on different tools and equipment
  • For installation activities of production equipment
  • Centralizes the samples from requesters and sends them to equipment suppliers for the acquisition of production equipment
  • Performs activities:
  • For commissioning of standard production equipment in close relations with the other departments
  • To launch into production new material configuration on production equipment
  • In order to establish parameters for production equipment during product changes and new introduction.
  • In order to establish and document in local work instructions machine operating method
  • Performs training to relevant personnel on operation methods for production equipment
  • Improves the process technologies for scrap reduction and output and efficiency increase under supervision of the PPO

Qualifications :

  • Level of education: Engineer
  • Studies / branch of study / degree : Electric, Elecromecanic, Mecanic, Mecatronic or similar
  • Work experience: NA
