Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts and billing, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth. The Account Manager will also be responsible for providing reports on account performance and presenting recommendations for improvement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in account management and customer service
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
