Enterprise Logic is looking to hire professionals who have minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Finance who will work under property management business as an Accountant and Administrator.



Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with private equity holders or Investors
  • Creating monthly/quarterly payout and financial Reports of Investors
  • Managing Accounts Receivables
  • Follow up with Tenants for collection of Monthly Rents
  • Review lease agreements and work on creating lease extensions
  • Update and Maintain Tenant’s and Lease information on the system
  • Coordinate and Resolve Maintenance requests received from Tenants
  • Prepare Quarterly and Annual Income and Expense Reports
  • Bank Reconciliation


Desired Profile

  • MBA or M.Com, or B.Com- Specialized in Accounting/Finance with Minimum 3-8 years of experience
  • Fluent in English and be able to communicate with people in US
  • Must be good in numbers and possess strong attention to details
  • Should be ready to work on US shifts (Nights Shifts Only)
  • Should be ready to work Remotely or office at Hubli-Karnataka as per the requirements
