Roles and Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing data and search reports, accounting data and preparing final reports.

JOB PROFILE:-

Prepares assets liability, and capital account liability, entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Verify, allocate post and reconcile transaction.
Produce error free accounting report and present their results.
Analysis of financial information and summarize financial status.
Provide technical support and advice to management.
Provide input into departments goal setting process.
Prepare financial budget and produce budget according to schedule.
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
Support month-ending and year ending closing account process.
