We are seeking an Accounts Cum Admin Executive to be the backbone of our organization, ensuring transparency, loyalty, and effective management of resources and personnel.

Authority: You will have the necessary authority to efficiently manage employees and resources.

Responsibilities:

Accounts:

  • Manage Expenses and Incomes: This includes raising invoices, following up on payments, and handling purchase expenses/payments related to advertising.
  • Payroll Processing.
  • Contracts and Work Order Processing.
  • Coordinate with the auditor for GST, TDS, and annual filings.
  • Pass entries in Tally and Other accounting software.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounting and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in Petpooja and Zoho

The Location is adjacent to the VGP Golden Beach Resort, ECR, Injambakkam, Chennai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
