Effective Counselling of students/ parents about our Courses and Modules
Converting the leads/enquiries as admissions
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects
Taking regular follow-ups of the leads generated until closed
Achieving weekly, monthly targets set by the management
Managing daily logistics and allotments,
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone
Completing the admission process (form filling, fee collection, system update, etc.)
Maintain communication with students/parents through various channels
Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students/parents
Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Coordinating for various courses and other promotional activities for student registration
Submission of daily task reports and Medhaam App student update
Coordinating with other branch counsellors
Promote and set up events in the corporate & nearby societies
