NABL, BIS & ISO records/documentation
Coordination with BIS and other related departments and maintaining records
Inspection of Material with Third Party and issue of correct test reports as per PO specifications
Technical information on Standards & Products
Internal / Inspection certificate, offer of ready material to customer through marketing department
Internal inspection of ready material
Coordination with certification bodies/ Customer audit teams/Supplier audit teams
Co-ordination with external laboratories for testing of the samples
Calibration & Up gradation / Maintenance of Lab. Equipments and instruments.
Technical clarification to marketing department for tenders
Technical clarification to clients/ customers
Responsible for documentation and execution required for IMS and customer audits, Maintaining and continually improving IMS implementation level
Reviewing the context and identifying risks and opportunities associated with relevant department and involve in updating of HIRA, Aspect Impact, SWOT and Risk Library study
Implementation of work, safety instructions and OCP at work place .
