Position: SAP – DME Lead

Experience: 8 - 12 years

Lead the design, training, testing, and successful implementation of BI process to support DME (Direct Marketing Expense Management) processes

Provide oversight for the execution of projects, its schedules and reporting variances along with planned corrective action

Work with the IT team stakeholders to ensure alignment around key design decisions and system capabilities

Manage design, configuration, functional and technical specs, development, testing and user training for the changes to the systems and processes

Responsible for providing expert knowledge, help and guidance to the support team for the BI platform and ensuring that all reported incidents and problems get resolved in a timely manner

Ultimately, be the BI solution lead for existing and new technologies to optimize spend, while working with IS partners to ensure that the current systems and processes are functioning at their optimum and identify new capabilities to drive continuous improvement and innovation for the direct marketing expense solutions

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related fields

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing solutions using SAP CRM Marketing Resources Management, SAP Integrated Planning (BW-IP), Fox programming, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and SAP BPS Planning integrated with CRM and BW ABAP

• 5 years’ experience on SAP BW / BI platforms, preferably within a large company or consulting organization

• Knowledge and Experience in the following - SAP BW on HANA, BW Data modeling using HANA Studio, SAP Demand Signal Management, Eclipse Query Designer, BOBJ and Analysis for Office
