The firm is looking for an Analyst to join its Investor Relations team under the Financial Operations vertical. The team is responsible for managing and processing investor transactions, producing various investor and marketing materials, spearheading market research, handling written investor queries and communications, managing investors’ database, and overseeing technology projects to build controls, streamline workflows, and improve process efficiency. This position provides hands-on exposure in managing investor database, handling various investor transactions, overseeing technology projects aimed at improving process efficiency as well as the chance to handle real-time issues in a constantly evolving regulatory environment. Based on the candidate’s location preference, the position is open for all our three offices in India – Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Gurugram.

What you’ll do day-to-day

In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing a variety of investor transactions in accordance and compliance with various internal, regulatory, and jurisdictional considerations. You’ll also be responsible to handle written investor queries and communications, assist in market research activities, and oversee technology projects to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency. You’ll work closely with the New York counterparts to manage and ensure smooth delivery of projects and discuss the implementation of policies and procedures. You’ll have to maintain and update investors’ and prospects’ database and assist in projects related to database management and collate to facilitate cross-functional teams in filing and adhering to regulatory obligations. You’ll be expected to liaise with various internal teams to gather data and establish controls in the preparation process for above.

Who we’re looking for
  • The candidate should have a Master’s degree in finance, along with zero to two years of work experience in the financial services industry
  • The candidate should be result oriented, have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be a quick learner, show high attention to detail and be able to meet tight deadlines
  • The candidate should be able to multi-task and manage multiple lines of execution with attention to detail and quality
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills along with good interpersonal skills
