Key responsibilities

1)Perform Proposal Preparation.
2)Perform pay run execution as per APC Validation
3)Urgent Payment execution on bank site as per business requirement.
4)On time payment to vendors.
5)Refund and rejection monitoring and execution.
6)Follow up with bank for overseas payment.
7)Resolution of payment proof and queries through regular follow ups.
8)Reversal and manual payment tracker maintenance.
9)Performing on RICC requirements as per the Control requirements in scope


We are looking for

1)Good financial educational background: Masters in Finance Management degree in Finance and Accounting and good understanding of control framework & vendor interactions & account handling
2)2-4 years of experience within vendor account management, vendor query handling and Payment execution..
3)Self-motivated and continuously looks for opportunities to improve financial reporting and processes by exploring new approaches and ideas
4)Good analytical and structured working method
5)High competency in written and verbal English
6)Adapts easily to a fast changing environment and ability to handle phases with high workload and unplanned activities.
7)Team player - works together with others to achieve results and fosters teamwork
8)Shipping/ Transportation industry experience would be an added advantage but not mandatory
