Roles and Responsibilities
This persons key responsibility will be to lead and deliver on client engagements from an analytics perspective by understanding their business problems and help articulate the problem with an analytics framework.
Deliver analytics-driven insights into Customer engagement
Provide analytics support to the business teams, understand the business context, formulate and execute appropriate analytical approach to address the business situation.
Analytic Project Management: Build effective teams to deliver on business priorities.
Analytic Leadership: Develop new modelling solutions that have high impact on revenue, expense management or customer experience.
Offer optimisation: Design, test and implement innovative and customer-centric offers tailored to drive customer delight and grow engagement.
