    • The role holder is accountable to provide Level2 production support of Salesforce applications
    • The role holder should be a Salesforce SME hands-on experience supporting L2 function of Salesforce Tools and dealing with Salesforce premium support

What will you be doing?

  • Salesforce L2 App specialist required providing live support and leadership for corporate SFDC applications including Multi Channel Applications in CoE model
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex and Visual Force
  • Provide Guidance, Mentoring and Direction to the team members
  • Owning and driving service improvements and stability activities evidencing ability to shape, co-ordinate and deliver key initiative
  • Collaborate with other technology components, BTB/Component teams etc.
  • Owning and driving governance around both the incident management and problem process, including actions from major problem reviews/high severity incidents, attending MPRs and giving value add to both the process and the outcome
  • Drive Incident management improvements across entire Salesforce estate
  • Complex issue triage, investigation and coordination to closure including leading triage on major incident calls
  • Collate data for Proactive Service Improvement Initiatives including trending of incidents, root cause and other MI to identify improvement actions as part of SIP
  • Reviewing of Implementation Plans & Release Documentation
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting data feeds
  • On call support, weekend working and ad-hoc overtime as appropriate
  • Ad Hoc Reporting where appropriate
  • Build networking and maintain open and timely communication with relevant business, supplier and IT personnel, particularly Change the Bank development teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent
  • Relevance experience managing level 2 operations of Salesforce
  • should be a Salesforce certified
  • Live service / application support experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of ticking tools and ITIL frameworks

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Ability to drive complex application recoveries in a high pressured area.
  • Ability to cover on call support and flexibility around working hours
  • Proven Incident Management experience
