Responsibilities


  • Processing of new applicants
  • Look up new applicants on JustAnswers applicant tracking system.
  • Pass clearly qualified applicants through to the credential check process.
  • Reject clearly unqualified applicants.
  • Refer marginally qualified applicants to Applications specialist for follow up.
  • Respond to rejected applicants.
  • Follow up with applicants who need help getting through the credential check process.

  • JustAnswer proprietary applicant tracking system.
  • Zendesk Help Center
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in U.S recruitment
  • High degree of written and verbal skills in English language
  • High degrees of independence, self-motivation, and trustworthiness to work in a remote situation.
  • Computer literacy
  • Work experience over 2 years
