Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Nasik with some flexibility for remote work, for an Architectural Designer. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs, producing detailed drawings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality designs and plans. The Architectural Designer will also need to have experience in 2D and 3D drafting software, and the ability to visualize spatial relationships.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a relevant field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Rhino, and any other related 2D or 3D CAD software
  • Knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate and present design concepts effectively to clients and team members
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and managing project timelines effectively
  • Experience with construction documentation (CDs) and construction administration (CA) is a plus
