Job description of Area Business Head - Life Insurance - Bancassurance

Recruitment of Sales Managers, training and driving them towards developing life insurance business in their assigned Territory
Maintaining and nurturing relationships with Branch managers and staff of the Branch
Visiting the branches frequently with SMs and meeting prospective HNI customers.
Announcing schemes towards driving the business in line with Management targets.
Retaining employees

Selection Criteria

Graduation Mandatory - with MBA in Finance Marketing Preferred
Min 4-5 Years of Experience in Bancassurance Sales Life Insurance in Open Architecture - with Min 1 - 2 Years of Team Handling mandatory.
Should be a consistent performer and exhibit good stability throughout his employment tenure.
With a high focus on early completion of Target and should drive his team for excellence.
