Duties and Responsibilities -

  • Relationship Management with existing CD / Digital Manufacturer.
  • Engage with manufacturers to build and strengthen relationship.
  • Design and execute promotion schemes with manufacturer. Conceptualize and develop marketing plans for the products in line with the business plan.
  • Conceive and execute key projects for SF business and work across functions to ensure delivery of project objectives.
  • Timely revert on manufacturer query’s.
  • Manage efficiently effectively the subvention receivables process.
  • Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of manufacturers are timely addressed.
  • Responsible for communications in terms of reports analysis.
  • Identify revenue leakages in the system and devise processes to stop revenue leakages.
  • Ensure sustained revenue growth, to develop the product and define strategies to deliver Net
  • Income in compliance with organizations goal. Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales with market requirement to reinforce the product in the market.


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidate should be graduate with 2-3 years of work experience
  • People Management skills.
  • Demonstrated success achievement orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action driving results in a high-performance environment.
  • Excellent relationship skills.
  • Affirmative.
  • Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
  • Proficient in computer MS Office /Power Point is a must.
