This is a full-time position based in Warangal, Telangana, India, with Cemech Lexury Paints.Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint or related industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales objectives
  • Identify and target potential customers and markets, and establish strong business relationships
  • Manage and grow the existing customer base by providing excellent customer service and support
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling the company’s products
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Train and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
