Reporting To:State Manager/ Regional State Manager



Base Location:Surat



Education:BE/ B.Tech - Electricals and Master’s in Business Administration



Experience (in years):2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing



Preferred industry of work experience: Electronics/Electricals



Role Description



Job Responsibilities:



  • Initiate, manage and close sale with key clients
  • Daily sales reviews with employees under your supervision to ensure the established sales processes are followed and employees are motivated to achieve their targets
  • Initiate regular performance reviews with dealers and distributors
  • Identify emerging geographies in your region and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors in the area
  • Identify new products/services that match with the competencies of the firm and can be developed in the market
  • Identify and initiate contact with influencers in your region and on-board them as partners of Whitelion
  • Counseling and disciplining sales employees under your supervision
  • Manage dealer and retailer expectations and maintain a beneficial and successful relationship with them
  • Resolve any territorial issues or conflicts between dealer, retailer or distributor
  • Resolve and address issues of dealers or retailers regarding sales administration
  • Assist in appointing new dealers and retailers
  • Conduct a detailed evaluation on the performance of dealers and retailers in your region
  • Participate in recruitment, on-boarding and training of new sales representatives
  • Participate in the performance evaluation of sales representatives under your supervision
  • Represent the company in exhibitions and promotional activities conducted
  • Ideate and develop an integrated marketing activities roadmap
