We are looking forward to hire Area Sales Manager (ASM)CTC - Upto 8 LPA (including variable)Locations- North Delhi/ South Delhi/ Jammu/ ChandigarhRequirementWho can build and handle a team of approx. 40-50 BDEs in various locations. Candidates will be responsible for handling and motivating the team for meeting monthly listing targets without compromising the quality of listing.Job RoleMerchant Onboarding in assigned geography.Ensure to achieve 100% Monthly Targets.Recruit, Train and Build a team of Field Sales Executives and Team Leaders.Keep the team motivated and lead from front.Ensure to meet Quality parameters as per set norms.Key SkillsGood Team leader with proven track recordShould be competitive and confidentShould have the zeal to achieve daily targets.Should be excellent with verbal communication - English and Respective Regional LanguageShould be flexible to travelEligibility RequirementGraduate with at least 4-6 years field sales experience and Minimum 2 years on supervisory role.Experience of handling Big team would be added advantageGood communication skillsMust have computer knowledge - Excel and Basic Data AnalysisShould be presentable in MarketThis job is provided by Shine.com
