  • Capable to handle minimum 4-7 TLs, who have 20 to 25 FSE’s
  • Base location Geographical knowledge required
Allocation of the complaints to the FSE’s based on pin codes.
  • He should be aware of the TaT closer (with in the timeline) minimum 48 hours.
  • Team follow-ups on merchants’ complaints vs closer part
  • Finally, Team productivity responsibility
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Need to drive swiping device sales in the assigned area.
  • Resolving merchant queries
  • Drive overall engage merchant base
  • Capable of hiring and building team
  • Set clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
