  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Lead by example in delivering friendly, efficient, and personalized service to guests.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
  • Operations Management:
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the cafe, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Support the Cafe Manager in achieving revenue and profit targets.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Handle cash management, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation.
  • Menu Development and Quality Control:
  • Collaborate with the Cafe Manager and chefs to develop menus and specials.
  • Ensure food and beverages meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues related to food safety and hygiene.
  • Compliance and Regulations:
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to food safety, staff training, and licensing requirements.
  • Assist in implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and attract customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
