Job content
Responsible for achievement of the department targets.
• To strategize to reduce shrinkages for the concerned department.
• Analyzing sales figures interpreting information and forecasting future sales volumes to
maximize profits;
• Achieving Key performance indicator targets (KPIs); sales, gross margin, net margin and
marketing funds.
•Maintaining and developing EPOS-creation and management of SKU’s.
• Execute plans to maximize sales as set by the immediate superior.
• To ensure attractive merchandise display & over all layout.
• To create seamless customer service orientation among store employees by ensuring timely and
efficient customer service.
• Implementation of marketing plans; catalogue, flyers and e-commerce
• To understand customer needs and fulfill need gaps by suggesting the most optimal solution w.r.t.
product, services and customer care in a timely manner.
• To ensure stock replenishment.
• To facilitate the professional & personal development of the subordinates.
• To cultivate, promote and maintain company’s culture through teamwork, collaboration,
development of people and achievement of targets.
• To ensure attractive merchandise display & over all layout.
• Implementation of marketing plans; catalogue, flyers and e-commerce
• To execute marketing plans effectively for the store and drive sales promotion initiatives, events
for the store.
• To oversee the inventory process in the store and ensure damaged and defective goods are
processed on time and in an accurate manner.
• To monitor trade-in products, its inventory management and controlling its logistics and disposal.
