Roles and Responsibilities
HR Management
- Support HR-related activities: Support in Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Payroll assistance, Offboarding.
- Responsible for providing support to the HR team.
Office Administration
- Plan, implement and supervise all admin-related activities and operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure a high standard of quality is maintained in all activities undertaken.
- Manage calendar for the team.
- Scoping of new office space.
- Arranging both internal and external events.
- Monitor all contracts associated with the supply and subsequent maintenance of equipment purchased on behalf of the organization.
- Support the global team during their visit to India.
- Reporting Manager to the Admin Assistant.
Finance & Accounts
- Document invoices and liaise with internal and external accounting partners to ensure timely payments.
- Managing the payroll.
- Manage the accounts of the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
