- Prepare and publish AR metric dashboard reporting at regular intervals.

- Assisting with other accounting projects and assignments as needed, such as RPA, Abbyy and UI Path.

- Has ability to set priorities, manage deadlines and escalate issues where necessary.
- Uses best practices, proposes improvement ideas within the area of responsibilities; is more
- independent and receives minimum guidance. May lead projects with scope of work.
- Should have very good knowledge in accounts receivable & cash application activities, recent technological advancement in the domain.
- Understand the broader aspects of the work output; seeks new opportunity and improvement; continuous thrive to understand and explain business trends.
- Proactively obtains feedback from customers and takes measure to improve process and meet their needs. Able to explain work statement and provide alternatives for better results.
- Identifies opportunities to cross-functional collaboration for problem solving, continuous improvement. Pursue coaching opportunities for the team.
- Understand the transaction flows, system workflows, and actively identifies opportunities to simplify processes.
- Develops and coaches junior team members; recruit talent that is best suited to work profiles. Drive objective and effective performance management.
- Able to offer exceptional service to business partners, stakeholders, peer group and ability to implement improvements within the team. Challenges current process and offer alternative approach, able to defend the position, understand and appreciate diverse perspective.
- Ready to take responsibilities beyond stated scope; proactive and assertive. Apt in prioritization and frequently checks work output to ensure 100% quality.
- Proactively seek coaching, responsive to constructive feedback, looking for opportunities to self-improve.
- Assists with performance management, career development processes/discussions, staffing and disciplinary actions and in providing constructive feedback to staff.
- Steady work experience in cash applications and accounts receivable commensurate to this job’s responsibilities that involved high volume transactions.
- Strong ability to set priorities, manage deadlines and escalate issues where necessary.
- Able to form a vision for the team and relate to the big picture and able to manage daily productivity target.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Intermediate level proficiency with Excel (Lookups, Pivots, etc.) as well as proficient with Word and other Microsoft Office software.
- Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate degree/MBA
- Minimum 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.
- People management experience of 3+ years - performance appraisals, coaching, and development of teams in captive environment.
