  • Responsible for Rural and Urban insurance sales though network of RAP
  • High Level of Engagement with Rural Authorized Persons (RAPs) and Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) by visiting them round the month
  • Handling the whole sales process with personal sales targets
  • Organizing District level workshop for VLE and RAPs
  • Responsible for Training and Motivation to CSC-VLE for successful IRDAI Examination completion
  • Liasoning with CSC e District Managers (eDM) across state.
  • Constantly searching for new VLEs and their conversion into Raps
  • Scheduling Sales calls and meeting with CSC-VLE/RAPs/eDMs
  • Following Competitors Actions and Activities and suitable actions accordingly
  • Interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth operations and claims experience to customers
