Position: Assistant Manager - Customer Retention Management

Location: Bangalore, India

Reports to : Manager - Campaign Operations

Job Duties
  • Improve user retention and drive repeat purchases
  • Build, launch and scale Loyalty & Referral programs
  • Reduce cart drop offs, drive up-sell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across different communication channels like Mailers, Push notifications, WhatsApp and SMS
  • Plan & execute new product launches
  • Define key metrics & track them to measure short-term and long-term impact of marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders like marketing, product, design teams and 3rd party CRM tool vendors
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 3+ years of work experience in a consumer-facing environment (ecommerce preferred)
  • Proven track record of growing and analyzing CRM/retention programs
  • Hands-on experience on engagement platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage is an added advantage
  • Deep understanding of best-in-class loyalty programs
  • Strong communication and analytical skills as well as data orientation
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • MBA preferred
Qualification : Any Graduate/Any pg
