KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead communication with 3rd party vendors to establish assessment workflow, technical clarifications, and implementation recommendations.
Conduct onsite risk assessments for 3rd party production / post-production vendors based on applicable security controls and compliance verification to mitigate the identified gaps.
Draft assessment reports and compliance verification tracking to ensure controls implementations at vendor’s facility.
Identify opportunity to improve 3rd party compliance workflow and applicable controls.
Ensure monitoring of 3rd party vendors to fix new and existing identified gaps.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Security assessment & compliance verification for the production partners.
Ensure secured content workflow and reduce content leakage / revenue loss.
Assist in development and delivery of compliance and ongoing content security communications that help drive culture of security and compliance in organization.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

3 - 5 years of relevant experience for Third-Party Risk Management, Information Security and Audit & Compliance monitoring.
Preferred experience with a large company and/or Big 4 accounting firm.
One or more credentials - CISA, CRISC, ISO27001 LA/LI, CISSP.
Open to domestic travel for the onsite assessments.
Based understanding of video solution (IPTV / OTT / TV Broadcast)
Working knowledge of information security related best practices and standards such as ISO 2700x, SOC 2 requirements, SSAE 16/18 requirements etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management
