Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Systems:

· Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create robust M&E frameworks aligned with project goals and objectives.

· Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data collection methods to measure project progress and impact.

· Implement data management systems to ensure accurate and timely data collection, storage, and analysis.

Data Collection and Analysis:

· Self-involvement and oversee data collection activities, including surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, and other relevant methods.

· Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

· Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and project teams.

Project Evaluation:

· Conduct periodic evaluations of projects to assess their efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability.

· Identify best practices and lessons learned to inform future project planning and execution.

· Work closely with project teams to integrate evaluation findings into ongoing project implementation.

Capacity Building and Training:

· Train project staff and stakeholders on M&E tools, methodologies, and data collection techniques.

· Provide guidance and support to project teams in understanding and utilizing M&E data effectively.

Risk Management:

· Monitor project risks and work with relevant teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.

· Regularly review project performance against targets and identify potential challenges.

Learning and Knowledge Management:

· Facilitate learning workshops to promote knowledge sharing and learning across projects and departments.

· Contribute to the development of case studies and success stories to highlight project achievements.

Continuous Improvement:

· Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement recommendations based on M&E findings.

· Participate in strategic planning exercises to align M&E efforts with organizational goals.
