• Designation:- Assistant Manager for Agri Food and Agri-Industry
• No of Post:- 01
• Experience: - Minimum 1+ years’ Experience in Research & Development in Agriculture Field.
• Bond Period: - Minimum 1 years.
• Working Days: - Monday to Saturday.
• Posting Area: - Haldwani, Uttarakhand (off-site and on-site side)
• Job Type: - Full Time.
• Working Time: - 9:30 AM to 7:00 pm (Generally No timing in Research & Development Field)
• Interview Process: - Total 4 Stage Process of Interview. (1) we will study Collect Bio Data. (2) We will Conduct Telephonic Interview for Selected Candidate. (3) We will call the person we select from the Physical interview for the final interview and we will finalize the candidate.
Role and Response

• Study All National and International Agriculture Related Policy and Standard, especially in Uttarakhand state.
• Good knowledge and understanding of quantitative or qualitative research techniques and design; data collection and analysis.
• Basic Fundamentals of Agriculture should be cleared.
• Strong networks in Agri-food and Agri-industry companies and/or government
• Should be well aware of local geography, language, and agriculture related factors/business.
• Knowledge and understanding of the key sustainability challenges in the state of Uttarakhand and/or in similar agricultural commodities and best practices to address them
Skills.

• Must have Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good Communication skill in writing and fluency in English, Hindi.
• Meeting with business management, marketing, to discuss product ideas.
• Proactive and ability to work in a Team.
• Professional level of English language speaking and
• Ability to translate design concepts into physical objects.
