Role Overview: The full-time Assistant Manager – Outreach will strategize, maintain and
develop new and existing university and high school relationships and initiatives for KIC
UnivAssist. This individual will drive partnership-building with universities and high schools
around the world, establishing and strengthening relationships with their leadership and
management, with the goal of broadening and increasing higher education opportunities
for students. High school counseling or university outreach experience is preferred, and
will be a strong asset, in this engaging role.

Job Description : Develop and maintain new and existing university and high school partnerships
around the world through outreach and relationship-building with school leadership
and management, in line with the strategic business plan

• Meet organizational goals for expanding these partnerships and to ensure smooth

onboarding of such partnerships

• Ensure year-round engagement with all existing partnerships and researching newer

partnership opportunities

• Setting up meetings with potential clients and understanding their needs to provide

appropriate solutions

• Represent UnivAssist at internal and external meetings/exhibitions/conferences as

necessary to develop partnerships, and build relationships and strong brand
awareness

• Support the preparation of strategic market plans to enhance UnivAssist’s strategic

planning process, submit progress and forecast reports as required while
maintaining accurate and ethical data practices

• Conduct periodic reviews and feedback from all our partners
• Work with colleagues in marketing and communications to create

collaterals/materials to promote partnerships to institutions and other agencies
where appropriate, including the production of digital media for use on the website
and social media channels

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education.

Work Experience: Two to four years’ prior experience in high school counseling and/or
counseling students in higher education field shall be preferred. Experience in partnership
building and management shall be an added advantage.
