Position: Assistant Manager (Production)

Fundamental Parameters:

  • Location: Tilda, Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
  • Education: B.E./Diploma-Civil, Any Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years

(Preference will be given to candidates experienced in Manufacturing of Paver, Tiles and AAC Blocks Industry.)

  • Proficiency in using production and management software.

Requirements

Functional Parameters:



  • Develop and implement production plans to meet demand and quality targets.
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and machinery.
  • Implement and enforce quality control processes to maintain product quality standards in both sectors.
  • Continuously optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor production costs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee inventory levels to minimize excess or shortages.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and foster a culture of safety in production.
  • Lead production teams, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Investigate production issues and defects, performing root cause analysis.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, implementing lean manufacturing principles.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Analyze operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on production and operational performance.
  • Assist in the development of the annual production budget. Monitor and control production-related expenses to stay within budget constraints.
  • Prepare regular production reports, including productivity, quality, and performance metrics. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
