ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible to meet the objective of organization by providing the technical support and satisfying the customer.
  • Prepare new PPS file as per the new product and upload in SAP
  • Make PM Protocols available to all concerns with respect to new packing material product
  • Update Label claim/In-house /ROA /FG /Multicompendial/PM Specifications

DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/ON-GOING FUNCTIONS:

  • Collect the detail from different department in stipulated time on receiving the request for new product and thereafter make the PPS along and update BOM and artwork in SAP
  • Update the technical document with respect to pharmacopoeial product.
  • Ensure Zero defect free products at export by monitoring and checking the FG.
  • Make Product Packing and Specification file for new products within a given time frame.
  • Make technical document for Pharmaceutical products
  • Handle of Customer complaints and Queries
  • Provide technical support to field force

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • B. Sc. / M. Sc. (Chemistry)

Experience:

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in Quality including cGMP, ISO and regulatory Audits

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance in Fine Chemicals

Skills/Competencies:

  • Conflict management
  • Team building

Other Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP
