  • Achieve and deliver sales targets across all products through a focused approach
  • Ensure targeted contribution of new products to the overall sales as per the desired contribution.
  • Continuously work towards identifying new markets, expanding geographies and segments through focussed and continuous business development initiatives and take appropriate actions.
  • Correctly identify customer needs and present a customized solution.
  • Build effective relations with major customers, stockists, agents, specifiers, panel builders, etc.
  • Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Establishing new business
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Ensure the availability of stock of products
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
